The registration process is simple and there are no limits on the number of entries allowed:
1. Create an account – Sign up or sign in!
2. Ensure you have all your details, and your artwork details and images, ready and handy.
3. Click on the ‘Register now’ link, select the number of artworks you would like to upload (1 entry ticket per artwork, $50 per entry. Please note donations are optional)
4. Fill out your details!

Previously there were occasional issues with the entry process timing out, which were generally caused by taking too long and so the connection was lost – to avoid that you need to have all the images and details ready to enter before you start. You do not need to enter all your works at the same time – if entering multiple works then it’s better to enter them one at a time to avoid any issues. You can come back later to enter other work(s), as long as that’s before the closing date.

Registration for the 2026 show has now closed, entries are being processed and selections made – finalists will be advised by Monday 01 June.
The show will be open from Monday 20 July and the winners will be announced at Vernissage, our artists only preview event, on Sunday 19 July – invitations will be sent out early June.
